FUMO VALLEY

Back

Suitable for everyone

Located in the Adamello Brenta Natural Park, in the upper part of Val Daone, this valley is among the most picturesque alpine valleys of glacial origin.

The hike in Val di Fumo in the company of Mountain Guides Pinzolo Val Rendena Mountain Friends, is an easy trail, suitable for everyone, even for those less fit. From the parking you walk along the lake and through the plain that precedes it, next to the lively stream that has allowed the formation of the dam. The first steps are along a dirt forest road. At the end of the lake the trekking follows a substantially flat path leading up to the 1900 meters of the refuge Val di Fumo. From the refuge you have a nice view on the ridges that enclose the valley, while throughout the trekking the fascinating and impressive silhouette of Care Alto will make you company. The route presents no technical difficulties or altitude.
