The Pinzolo Val Rendena Alpine Guides – Mountain Friends invite you to two days of ski mountaineering in the Adamello range, exploring enchanting landscapes and majestic peaks. An unforgettable ski mountaineering adventure.

Adamello Glacier Tour: Two Days of Snow-Filled Adventure

This tour is designed for those who want to experience two unforgettable days on the glaciers, enjoying breathtaking descents and majestic peaks, with moderate uphill climbs that reward you with great satisfaction. The itinerary also includes moments dedicated to avalanche safety and rescue techniques, ensuring a safe and educational experience. It is ideal for those with some prior ski mountaineering experience.

Day 1: From Passo del Tonale, take the cable car up to Passo Presena, followed by the first descent of approximately 500 meters of vertical drop. After putting on the climbing skins, the ascent begins towards the new and welcoming Rifugio Ai Caduti dell’Adamello at 3,000 meters (around 600 m of vertical gain), with spectacular views over the surrounding glaciers.

Day 2: The adventure continues with a traverse of the Pian di Neve and a climb to Punta del Venerocolo. From there, enjoy the long and scenic Pisgana descent down to Ponte di Legno. The return to Passo del Tonale is via cable car, closing a weekend full of snow, mountains, and unforgettable experiences.

  • The fee includes: continuous assistance from Alpine Guides, liability insurance.
  • The fee does not include: transportation, ski lifts, equipment rental, half-board accommodation for both participants and the Guide (to be shared among participants), and anything not explicitly listed under "includes."
    Crampons, harness, helmet, and ice axe are provided by the guide.
  • Minimum age: 16 years.
  • The course requires a minimum of 3 participants.
  • The trips listed in the program may be modified or changed based on snow and weather conditions.
  • The course is organized over 2 days with overnight stay at the Lobbie refuge.
