Beautiful classic ski mountaineering tour in the Madonna di Campiglio area, starting near the Lago Nambino Hut. The route unfolds through an unspoiled area, far from lifts and ski runs, leading to the panoramic summit of Cima Serodoli, which offers a stunning view of the Brenta Dolomites.
After an initial stretch through the forest, the landscape suddenly opens up, revealing an incredible view of the majestic Brenta Dolomites.
The summit rises gracefully above a crown of alpine lakes which, in winter, turn into shimmering mirrors of ice, creating a magical and silent atmosphere.
The route is suited to those with some ski mountaineering experience, requiring a bit of familiarity with kick turns on the ascent and, above all, good control on the descent. The final slope, about 50 meters high, leads to the summit and is often climbed on foot, offering the last satisfying steps of a rewarding ascent.
The descent offers several options and exposures, allowing skiers to seek out the best snow conditions and adjust the level of difficulty according to their experience. Overall, it’s a complete and rewarding tour: roughly 1,000 meters of elevation gain to reach a slender summit with breathtaking views, and enjoy a descent that is varied, fun, and just technical enough to be engaging.
